Setting Up Mail

This page contains directions to set up your hosted mail account in any mail client. Each mail client is different, but will use the same information to set up the account:

Account settings:

  • Account Name: This is usually a name for your own use, or the name that will appear on emails that you send out. You can put anything there.
  • Account type: IMAP
  • Email address: This is your full email address.

All of the fields below are mandatory. If you don't see them, check for advanced options where they can be set.

Incoming server settings:

  • Server: mail.toplocal.marketing
  • Encryption: SSL
  • Port: 993*
  • Authentication: Password
  • Username: Your full email address (yourname@yourdomain.com)
  • Password: Your email password

Outgoing server settings:

  • Server: mail.toplocal.marketing
  • Encryption: SSL
  • Port: 587*
  • Authentication: Password
  • Username: Your full email address (yourname@yourdomain.com)
  • Password: Your email password

* These fields are usually filled in automatically, but if you have the option you can set them manually.
